Analysis of Education Management Effectiveness of Freedom of Learning Independent Campus Implementation in Kalimantan Using Technological Interventions

This study examinesthe effectiveness of educational management development in Kalimantan's independent learning campuses, emphasizing planning, implementation, and supervision. Enhancing educational management is crucial for improving education quality in these campuses. The study evaluates processes at universities such as Tanjungpura, Palangka Raya, Lambung Mangkurat, Mulawarman, Borneo Tarakan, and the Kalimantan Institute of Technology. Comprehensive evaluations and surveys assessed internal service quality, service capability, and external service quality. Findings indicate effective educational management functions, but implementation remains insufficient. Improvements in service capability are necessary to meet the goals of the Freedom of Learning Independent Campus initiative. Additionally, the study explores integrating advanced educational technologies in engineering and technical education, aligning with IEEE's innovation focus. These insights provide a path forward for enhancing educational outcomes in Kalimantan's Universities.
