A high-efficiency testing method of microwave high-power module

In order to satisfy the requirement of efficient batch and fast testing of microwave high-power module, a high-efficiency testing method is proposed, and a fast testing fixture is developed. Aiming at the problems of many test cables and low test efficiency of microwave high-power modules, a plum blossom-shaped pin and an elastic copper sheet are selected, and a pressing mode is adopted to realize the close contact between the plum blossom-shaped pin and an insulator,between the elastic copper sheet and a microstrip line, achieves the purposes of sodering-free wire powering and sodering-free microwave connection of the microwave high-power module.Finally,the rapid test fixture has a current of 10A and a power of more than 1000W.Compared with the traditional welding test method,the test efficiency is increased by 300%.
