Research on Safety Filling Control Device for Industrial Gas Cylinders

According to the actual needs of safety management for industrial gas cylinder filling, a low-cost safety filling control scheme for industrial gas cylinders based on MQTT protocol was proposed. The embedded hardware and software of the safety filling control device for industrial gas cylinders was designed and developed. The solution and device had been piloted and applied in multiple industrial gas cylinder filling enterprises in Shandong Province. The practices indicate that this device can help industrial gas cylinder filling enterprises to achieve automation and digital safety management.
