Hartigan-Wong K-Means Based Yoga Recommendation System for Second Trimester Pregnancy

Yoga during pregnancy, especially in second trimester which counts from 13th week till 24th week. Helps to overcome many medical conditions like preeclampsia, grave complication, gestational diabetes, disturbed sleep, pre-term labor, cervical incomitance as well as helps in development of fetus, strengthen defenses, encourage better sleep, and strengthen the body's immune system in addition to boosting mental and physical wellness. Pregnant women are unable to commit to precise hours for a regular yoga class due to limitations in their local area and employment obligations. Online yoga advice is the most effective for women's health when it comes to overcoming the drawbacks with conventional offline prenatal yoga courses, particularly for working or city women who are unable to drive great distances in city traffic. The goal of this research is to create a machine learning (ML) system that can predict the likely yoga poses a woman could perform to enhance her condition based on her medical history, current condition, symptoms, and week. The proposed Hartigan-Wong k-Means based Yoga Recommendation system has achieved an accuracy of 98.8% in the yoga pose recommendation ML system.
