A Dynamic Hand Gesture Evaluation Model to Control Media Player Using IoT Based Elevated Deep Learning Scheme

In the modern world, instant engagement with complex structures that guarantee a quick response is the preferred method of communication for everyone. As a result, due to the ever-increasing advancements in technology, the problems that arise include reaction time and the simplicity of operations. Interaction between humans and computers comes into play at this position. The keyboard and mouse are the input devices that are being utilized, and this interaction is unlimited and presents a challenge to them. Recently, there has been a lot of focus placed on gesture detection. Instinctive gestures are an integral part of everyday interactions and are often used. The use of gestures to communicate with computer systems is therefore a completely new trend in the realm of interaction. Our program's objective is to provide a natural, device-free interface that can recognize hand gestures as commands. Its goals and aims are to utilize this interface. During the process of picture acquisition, the program makes use of a webcam. The program's main emphasis is on the most used features of VLC, such play, pause, and stop. It employs predefined gestures to control the media player, and with the help of the Internet of Things, it passes the collected gesture signals to the player. Elevated Learning for Hand Gesture Detection (ELHGD) is the name given to the suggested system that is employed in order to accomplish the aforementioned objective. This system is built on decision fusion and makes use of deep learning architectures. The effectiveness of the suggested technique is evaluated by comparing it to a traditional method known as Modified Hand Gesture Identification (MHGI). This is done in order to cross-validate the proposed idea. For the purpose of managing the VLC player, this hand gesture recognition technology will not only eliminate the need to use a mouse, but it will also give a variety of gesture vocabulary that will be helpful in controlling the program.
