Urban-scale 3D real scene technology marks a crucial step in advancing the country’s comprehensive 3D infrastructure. Xi’an, a pilot city in this initiative, aims to strengthen the digital economy and bolster smart city construction. To achieve this, the city implemented a comprehensive approach encompassing product, production, policy, technical, and application systems. The entire project lifecycle, from design to data production, storage, and platform applications, was thoroughly executed.
