Design of automatic sand replenishment trolley and its health condition assessment for dynamic train sets with increased friction

Sand addition is a very important link in EMU preparation. In order to solve the problems of pollution, low efficiency and safety in the sand addition operation, the design and health status evaluation of the automatic sand supplement car for EMU are carried out on the basis of in-depth study of the existing sand addition technology and electric driving car technology. First of all, combined with the pneumatic conveying technology, the design of automatic sand compensating car is carried out. A deep learning-based health state assessment model of automatic sand dolly is established to realize safe, environmentally friendly and efficient continuous sand loading operation of EMU, which can reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
