Design and Research of a Control Module for Portable Extruders

The object of development and research are printed circuit boards for portable screw extruders. The development takes place in several stages, including such steps as: relevance research, analysis of existing solutions, circuit modeling, as well as simulation of thermal processes and calculation of reliability of electronic components and the whole system. The prototype PCB will be used to research new temperature algorithms, which will also complement and improve the performance of the entire device. The paper also presents calculations of reliability indices of electronic components and methods of optimization of these parameters. The finished product can be operated in educational institutions, small and large.
