A Working Point Self-Stabilization System for EFPI Acoustic Sensors

In this study, a working point self-stabilization system for a highly sensitive EFPI acoustic sensor is developed to achieve real-time tracking adjustment of the working point by adjusting the wavelength of the laser source. The feasibility of the working point self-stabilization algorithm is verified through numerical simulation. The working point voltage remains stable during 500 times cavity length fluctuations. A working point self-stabilization system was constructed and tested for working point control at room temperature and under drastic temperature changes. The test results show that the output wavelength of the laser source can continuously follow the voltage change at room temperature, with the working point drift being no more than 5% and the single wavelength adjustment being no more than 0.2 nm. When the temperature changes drastically, the working point voltage remains basically stable, with fluctuations no more than 8%.
