Low-Carbon Economic Dispatch Optimization Method for Integrated Energy Systems Considering Multi-Time Scale Integrated Demand Response

Integrated demand response (IDR), as an important way for the power demand side to participate in energy internet interactions, can effectively address seasonal and temporary power demand peaks. To fully explore the scheduling potential of various demand response (DR) resources and proactively alleviate grid operation pressure, a low-carbon economic dispatch optimization method for park integrated energy system (PIES) considering multi-time scale IDR is proposed. First, the participation mechanism of IDR scheduling and the multi-time scale characteristics of IDR devices are analyzed, establishing a multi-time scale response strategy for PIES. Based on this strategy, a multi-stage dynamic rolling optimization dispatch model for PIES is established with the goal of economic optimization. This model is divided into three stages: day-ahead, intra-day long-term, and real-time intra-day. The day-ahead stage formulates an economically optimal day-ahead dispatch plan, while the intra-day stage dynamically rolls out optimization of the output of PIES equipment based on the IDR scheduling mechanism. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that this method effectively mobilizes the potential of system equipment to participate in dispatching and reduces operating costs.
