Design of the Magnetic Docking Type Ultra-fine Powder Rod Mill

The application of the ultra-fine powder rod mill is relatively mature, and it has been widely used in fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industry. However, due to its low automation level, the ultra-fine powder rod mill cannot realize continuous production and is relatively labor-intensive. Aiming to solve these problems, this paper makes optimization and improvement by utilizing magnetic suction technology to realize automatic alignment and docking of the mill cylinder with the raw material bin and the finished product bin, to realize continuous production and improve efficiency.
