Vibration Analysis and Countermeasures for the Hydraulic System of Horizontal Gate of Three Gorges Ship Lift

Based on the analysis of the pipe vibration of the hydraulic system of the Three Gorges shiplift, the pipe vibration characteristics of the hydraulic system are found out, and the detection method, data acquisition and analysis method of the pipe vibration are worked out, the vibration detection system is designed, the main cause of pipeline vibration of hydraulic system with horizontal gate is found, the vibration reduction analysis and optimization countermeasure of hydraulic system are put forward, and the detection data before and after pipeline optimization are compared, the vibration characteristics of pipeline and the optimization of vibration reduction are verified, so that the vibration characteristics of hydraulic system in operation can be grasped.
