Research on Weak Current Locking Technology of Multi-Channel Spaceborne Stepper Motor

In order to solve the problem of locking a large number of space optical remote sensing mechanisms during launch or orbit, the weak current locking technology of multi-channel spaceborne stepper motor is studied. The multi-channel satellite stepper motor multiplexing drive circuit mainly consists of power supply, gate switch, anti crosstalk circuit, and multiplexing drive circuit, which can realize normal movement control of the stepper motor and weak current locking control, effectively reducing the transmission power consumption of the camera subsystem. The experimental results show that the multiplexing drive circuit based on weak current locking technology has a steady-state current of 3.8 A when testing the motor during normal operation, and the current fluctuates between 0.8 and 2.2 A during weak current locking, which meets the usage requirements of the camera subsystem. The test verifies the effectiveness of the research on weak current locking technology for multi-channel spaceborne stepper motors, effectively improving the reliability of remote sensing in orbit operation.
