Similar Chinese Character Recognition Algorithm Based on Glyphs and Strokes Information

This paper intends to draw on the research results in the field of Chinese character studies and Chinese information processing, start from the text image and stroke features, extract the pixel characteristics and stroke features of Chinese character images, use the character recognition algorithm for similar characters to calculate the character similarity, use the research method of combining the feature vector of Chinese character images and stroke feature extraction to define the shape of similar characters, and construct a similar character library for teaching Chinese characters to foreign countries, in order to enhance the scientificity and objectivity of the arrangement of teaching materials for foreign Chinese characters.
