Design and Implementation of Portable Power Channel Detection Terminal

The dispatching automation system is one of the main service objects of electric power communication, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the dispatching automation system is an important task of electric power communication, and also the key link to ensure the smooth production and operation of the electric power system. The current power communication system uses the serial port test software of a laptop computer to test the RS232 channel in daily operation and maintenance, which has low efficiency and inconvenient operation and only uses the DC voltage measurement file of a multimeter, which has low efficiency and high maintenance cost. Given the need for fault detection and the above problems, this portable detection terminal is designed by designing the peripheral circuit of a single-chip microcomputer to realize the identification of the signal transceiver terminal of industrial serial port, the detection of port voltage and the detection of loop transceiver channel of the dispatch system. The experimental results show that the terminal can effectively reduce the difficulty of detection, shorten the detection time, reduce the maintenance cost of the detection equipment, shorten the troubleshooting cycle, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
