Research on Laser Measurement Solution Method of Fuze Parts Diameter

In order to improve the safety and reliability of the fuze system, a diameter measurement system of fuze parts based on laser projection method is proposed in this paper, which can effectively collect and process the projection edge information of the measured parts. According to the position relationship of two groups of mutually perpendicular laser measurement units in the system and the three relative position relationships between the center of the part and the center of the measurement system, the corresponding mathematical solution formula is derived, and the superiority of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation.
