Emotion Sense: - Real-time Speech Emotion Recognition for live calls

Emotion Sense for live call is a technology that is designed to detect emotions of the user like happiness, sadness, anger, fear, etc. It is a Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) model built with machine learning as well as deep learning methods proposed as another possibility to previous SER methods. The problem statement of this project arises from the need for Police to detect prank calls as well as identify the emotions in certain emergency calls. This research will be able to address the problem for emergency calls as well as help call center operators in providing health care support for aged people and emergency call centers. In this paper we will cover the methodologies used in our project, literary survey as well the expected results and limitations.
