IOT Based Medicine Box: A Step Towards An Easier Life

This paper introduces an IoT-based smart medicine box which is used to enhance medicine management and patient care. It incorporates a number of functions including a box with servo motor accompanied by LED and buzzer alerts for reminding the patients. In addition, LCD is used for displaying information and warnings with various other sensors. Alerts are sent to the patient's family via the Blynk app in event of any changes in condition or missed doses of medication. An ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the medication intake, while a load cell monitors tablet quantity, issuing refill reminders when necessary. This comprehensive system aims to improve patient care and medication management while providing peace of mind to caregivers.
