SketchScan: Face Sketch Illustration and Identification using Deep Learning

To use the power of contemporary face recognition technology to revolutionize law enforcement operations we initiate the use of creative solutions to solve the urgent problems brought on by rising crime rates. Our technique seeks to upend established procedures that depend on traditional forensic artists by expediting the creation of accurate composite drawings. Our aim is to convert these sketches into incredibly realistic images by utilizing deep learning models, which will increase the effectiveness of the processes used to identify suspects. Additionally, by carefully integrating our system with cloud computing infrastructure, we enable quick and easy cross-referencing with large-scale law enforcement databases. This gives law enforcement authorities access to timely and useful intelligence while also hastening the identification of suspects. Our system has increased accuracy and confidence with respect to other models, showing a consistent level of above 98.5%. This helps the model be more accurate in the field.
