A Novel Wireless Permanent Magnet Stepper Motor with Transmitter-Side Speed and Position Control

Wireless motors effectively convert electrical energy to mechanical energy in confined spaces, offering waterproof and dustproof features with widespread interest. However, the existing transmitter-side controlled wireless motors, reliant on position sensors and communication modules, struggle with precise position control due to natural physical isolation. This paper introduces a wireless permanent magnet stepper motor system that achieves speed and position control on the transmitter side without the need for position sensors or communication modules. By decoupling the dual-channel wireless power transmission circuit, controllable AC winding currents are realized on the transmitter side, establishing a rotating rotor magnetic field. Full-step and half-step working modes, based on current vector control, enable precise speed and position control of wireless stepper motors. rated torque, confirms the effectiveness of the proposed system.
