Analysis of the Correlation between Venue Display and Tourists’ Place Attachment in Revolutionary Tourist Attractions

With vigorous development in recent years, revolutionary tourist attractions have appeared in important revolutionary sites and memorials all over China. Revolutionary tourism not only inherits and promotes the revolutionary spirit and patriotism, but also enhances the public historical cognition and cultural identity. It reveals the place attachment characteristics and influencing factors of tourists in revolutionary tourist attractions, which is important for improving the travel experience. Taking the Memorial of the Site of the Fifth National People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China as an example, this research explores the impact of specific venue display in revolutionary tourist attractions on tourists’ place attachment based on a questionnaire survey of four venue display area nodes. The research conclusion can create the atmosphere for revolutionary tourist attractions, providing a theoretical basis for improving the level of attachment to venues.
