Measurements of a Low-Noise Amplifier Operating at 2.4 GHz for Wireless Communication Technologies

In wireless Technology systems, radio frequency electronic integration circuits (RFICs) are widely used. This study presents the design, optimization, and simulation of a 2.4 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA). The ADS program was used to design the circuit, and the optimization tool available in the MATLAB program was used to obtaining high CS, minimal power consumption and low noise (NF) for the degradation topology of an inductive LNA source. When comparing this strategy to others, the analytical method that was available was used, and the noise level significantly improved. was found the shape is optimized NF = 0.989, the gain is optimized dB S2,1 = 24.251, and power consumed is optimized value = 1.8 mW. These findings show that LNA performance has significantly improved, which represents a major advancement in RFIC design. The use of cutting-edge optimization tools and contemporary design and simulation methodologies, which enable high-quality performance while maintaining low power consumption, is responsible for this improvement. Enhancements of this type can help create wireless communication networks that are more effective and efficient, particularly in wireless power transfer applications and other wireless networks where low-power, high-performance components are needed.
