An Elementary of Intelligent Farming with Internet of Things Application

An intelligent farming system involves Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligent (AI) analysis on plant images is proposed. Environmental data, soil moisture and nutrient status are collected and analysed, with the aid of AI in image processing on the captured plant view to inspect the plant healthiness status. Several hardware and software tools are considered to deploy the proposed work in a more practicable and reliable intelligent farming system, as a part of consumer electronics solution. Result is functionally compared with some literature works and conclusion is made with recommended improvement in the future research works.
