Implementation of Secure Data Distribution System in Mobile Cloud Computing

In today’s world the electronic technologies are developing at a very fast rate. The computational capability, storage capacity of computers or servers has also increased over the years. But as compared to this, the mobiles or smartphones have not developed. For running complex applications on mobile requires more computational capacity and storage space. To cope up with this can able to combine the power of mobile computing and cloud computing to improve the performance of mobile applications. While using Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) there are number of other challenges like data privacy, data integrity, data security etc. In this paper, CBC algorithm is used to encrypt the data and provide security and access control. This system is simple to implement as compared to cloud-based systems. Each mobile user has to store short keys for authentication and decryption. The proposed system has different modules like data encryption and fragmentation, data upload, data retrieval and permission and data modification and data deletion. The system uses AES-CBC algorithm for encryption and bilinear signature (BLS) for checking integrity of data. For additional security, encrypted files are fragmented. The results show the communication and computation costs are reasonable which indicate efficient resource utilization, contributing to responsive data transmission and storage. The system demonstrates proper handling of diverse file operations, ensuring satisfactory performance across various file types and sizes. The system has robust security because of encryption and fragmentation.
