Research on Intelligent Control of Jigging System in Coal Preparation Plant

The current popular automated jigs can achieve automatic discharge, automatic air supply, and water functions, but they still lack intelligent capabilities and require the cooperation of operators to carry out production normally. This paper explores the process of jig beneficiation and its widespread application in mining production and proposes the use of artificial neural networks and fuzzy control technology to construct an expert control system to achieve intelligent transformation of jigs. The application of this technology will promote the comprehensive implementation of intelligent production in coal mine washing plants.
