7-inch Ink-jet Printing Flexible OLED Display with Narrow Bezel

In this paper, we present a 17-inch foldable printed OLED display narrow bezel based on IGZO-TFT backplane. In order to balance narrow borders and high image quality, a 6T2C pixel circuit with internal compensation function for global luminescence was developed, along with a GOA circuit that is only used to provide T2 gate signals in pixel circuits. The electrical stability of flexible IGZO-TFT was improved by optimizing the interface defects between the oxide layer and adjacent film layers. Reasonable control of inkjet printing technology parameters has formed a flat R/G/B film, resulting in a printed OLED display with a brightness of 400 nits and uniformity of over $85 \%$. Combined with efficient flexible encapsulation technology, this panel has passed reliability testing under high temperature and high humidity conditions, indicating that IGZO-IJP technology has great application prospects in the area of foldable notebook displays with narrow bezel.
