Pharmaceutical Liquid Dection System based on a Perovskite Quantum Dot Infrared Photodetector

As an advanced fast photosensitive core, perovskite quantum dot photodetectors can meet the needs of near-infrared liquid detection. Perovskite quantum dot hybrid phototransistors can effectively enhance light absorption in the infrared band, which is beneficial to the collection of photogenerated carriers. The designed sensing system based on TDLAS-WMS technology is compatible with perovskite quantum dot photodetectors, and can obtain stable second harmonic signals by differential, amplifying, demodulating and other operations on laser signals with harmonic signals, it was observed that there is a good linear relationship between the 2 f signal amplitude and the liquid composition. The infrared medicine liquid detection system we designed based on perovskite quantum dot photodetectors has broad application prospects in non-destructive testing and analysis of finished intravenous medicine in hospitals.
