The Application Verification Method of DC/DC Converter Used in Aviation Environment

As a key part of aviation system, the reliability of DC/DC converter affects the reliability of the whole system. Nowadays, most domestic aviation system in China still uses imported DC/DC converter, which greatly affects its independent and controllable ability. In order to realize the localization and substitution work, besides accelerating the development process of DC/DC converter, we need to establish a complete set of application verification methods so as to evaluate the usability of DC/DC converter in aviation system. Based on this, this paper proposes a complete set of application verification method (suitable for aviation system) through four aspects, which are production process factor investigation, function and performance verification, quality & reliability verification and application adaptability verification. Finally, the proposed application verification method is used to verify one domestic DC/DC converter and the result proves its effectiveness. This method provides a theoretical basis for supporting the quality assurance and application reliability evaluation of domestic products.
