Design of Certificate Information Recognition System Based on PaddleOCR+Flask+C#

This paper designed a set of automatic identification system for drivers and special certificates of transportation equipment in the hazardous chemical transportation industry. Based on the open source PaddleOCR technology, the system built a server with the flask framework of python, designed the UI with c# and calls PaddleOCR for image scanning. The identification number, validity period and other key field information extracted automatically are discriminated and processed, and the second level detection is realized. Field application shows that the system can effectively improve the management and economic benefits, and meet the needs of field application for rapid and accurate identification of qualification certificates.
