High-Precision Programmable Electronic Load for I-V Characteristic Simulation

This paper introduces a high-precision programmable electronic load designed for simulating nonlinear I-V characteristics. The I-V characteristic model is stored in the master controller, enabling the output of corresponding voltage values based on the bias current at the input terminals. By incorporating a feedforward and feedback circuit structure, along with calibration and compensation of the internal resistance in the series circuit, the programmable electronic load achieves high precision and rapid response in voltage output. This device offers a convenient experimental environment for testing nonlinear I-V characteristic devices, effectively reducing experimental costs and streamlining testing workloads.
