Detection of Quora Question Pair with Same Intent

Quora, a popular question-and-answer platform, struggles with duplicate inquiries. This paper explores using machine learning to tackle this challenge. Traditional methods like natural language processing are costly and ineffective for duplicate question detection. Identifying semantically similar questions is crucial for delivering the best content to users based on their intent, ultimately improving their experience. However, natural language allows for diverse expressions, making it difficult to distinguish similar questions. This paper investigates advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques for identifying duplicate questions on Quora using their question pair dataset. Machine learning models can be trained to differentiate between duplicates and unique questions. Explore and apply various machine learning models, including Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs),and Bidirectional LSTMs (BiLSTMs), alongside Siamese Neural Networks.
