Application Research of 3D Printing Assistance System Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

In this paper, an integrated 3D printing device which can carry out multiple printing processes at the same time is studied. The overall design of sprinkler integrated system, mold platform and auxiliary system is completed. In order to make the functional parts work together in the printing process, this paper adopts the computer control software based on single chip computer. The system uses XC7Z010-1CLG400C as the main control unit. The communication function of the system is integrated into the communication mode between the controller and the Arduino board. Two DC motors drive the press. In the computer simulation system, polylactic acid and conductive silver were used to realize 3D printing by FDM and micro-direct writing technology. The experimental verification shows that the integrated process 3D printing technology can meet the specific printing requirements of a variety of modes and processes. The 3D printer’s integrated printhead system allows for flexible transition between printing technologies and processes, ensuring continuity of 3D printing work.
