Design of Mutual Recognition and Interworking of Electronic Seals Based on Alliance Chain

This paper aims to design a mutual recognition and interoperability mechanism of electronic seal based on alliance chain, so as to solve the problems of mutual recognition and interoperability caused by many domestic electronic seal issuers, non-uniform standards, and various carrier forms. By studying the commercial cryptographic algorithm, collaborative signature technology and alliance chain technology, this paper proposed an electronic seal alliance chain model that could realize national mutual recognition and mutual communication. The model allowed digital certificates issued by different certification agencies to be bound with electronic seals through the trust source mechanism of certification authorities, so as to realize national mutual recognition and verification. Aiming at the limitations of the existing electronic seal system, this paper proposes an innovative technical solution, which is of great significance for promoting the development of digital economy and improving the efficient operation of government and business processes.
