An energy-saving optimization transformation of molecular sieve heating

Aiming at the outstanding problem of high energy consumption and low output of molecular sieve in a gas company, an energy-saving transformation scheme of molecular sieve circulating heating is introduced. On the basis of the current process flow of the unit, the optimization and upgrading transformation are carried out. The waste heat after nitrogen in the production process is introduced into the molecular sieve regeneration process, and the molecular sieve regeneration gas is preheated in advance, and the smooth switching of the double system of waste heat after nitrogen is realized by means of automatic control. After the implementation of the project, the temperature of the electric heater after pre-heating is much higher than that before pre-heating. The heating time of the electric heater is shortened by one-third, and the switching cycle of the molecular sieve is increased by 50 %. The switching frequency of valves, pipelines, adsorbents and control units in the molecular sieve area is reduced, the service life of the molecular sieve is prolonged, the failure rate of the instrument is reduced, the operation stability of the unit is improved, and the energy-saving optimization control of the oxygen generator is realized.
