Mathematical modeling and Profit Analysis by using RPGT

In our present work, five subsystems like a tilter system (P), a dough hopper (Q), a cutter (S), a conveyor (T) and a rotating system (R) that make up a biscuit plant are described. Purpose of this study to find the profit analysis, which depends upon Markov modeling for grouping parametric equation to examine the transient behavior of repairable biscuit manufacturing plant by using RPGT. To achieve the maximum profit, the result of defective and repairable unit is investigated and alone repairman will inspect and fix the appliances when they require it. Through the help of Regenerative Process (RPGT), Availability of the biscuit plant is assessed, and accessibility of the biscuit plant's configuration for various repair and failure rates of the subsystem is also assessed. The behavior of profits is discussed through tables and graphs. Profit increases when defective charges and repair charges decrease and profit reduces when defective and repair charges increase.
