Important Information Structuring of International Program Using Ontology to Design Knowledge Management System

This paper focuses on the issue of information and knowledge management for master students in Chinese universities. According to some foreign learners' statements, the information from official channels is fragmented and the user experience is not good. After reviewing related websites, the researcher then selected two foreign universities as the best practices and identified and analyzed information from their official information distribution channels by keyword-oriented identification and constructing ontologies. As a part of result, this paper also attempts to solve this problem by designing a knowledge management system according to ontologies and information identification. This knowledge management system gathered almost all published information and provided it to users to boost their experience during study in China.
