Frontend Solutions for Micro Applications

With the development of business digitization, large-scale Web application system is becoming more and more complex, front-end application needs to undertake more content, more and more complex functions, resulting in development cooperation, security isolation and other problems. In order to solve the problem of large front-end development, the industry has carried out various explorations, from MPA (multi-page application) to SPA (single-page application), although the delay problem caused by switching pages is solved, but the first load time is too long and new problems such as boulder application. The natural isolation between the components of MPA (multi-page application) can be independently developed and deployed, which can just solve the problem of megaliths, and split a megaliths application into multiple applications for development. The micro front end combines the advantages of the two, which can solve the problem of switching page delay of MPA (multi-page application) and avoid the problem of SPA (single-page application) boulder application. This paper describes the development and value of micro-front end, introduces the principle of micro-front end in detail, and compares the current mainstream micro-front end framework in the industry.
