This paper provides an overview of the benefits of cloud computing and outlines its main features, service, and deployment models for higher education, such as its ability to improve collaboration, reduce costs, and increase scalability. The paper also discusses the challenges that institutions face in implementing cloud computing, such as security and data privacy concerns. Finally, the paper provides recommendations for institutions that are considering implementing cloud computing. These recommendations include conducting a needs assessment, selecting the right cloud provider, and developing a security plan.
