Effect of Constructivist Web-Based Learning Environment to Enhance Learning's Problem-Solving in Mathematics on Conic Section

The objectives of this research are to study Mathematical Problem-solving proficiency of students learning through Constructivist Web-Based Learning Environment to Enhance Learning's Problem-solving in Mathematics on Conic section. The target group for this research consists of 36 of 10th grade, Khon Kaen University demonstration secondary school (Suksasart) in the subject Mathematics 1 during the first semester of the academic year 2021. The research methodology utilized is Developmental Research, which includes 3 processes: Design, Development, and Evaluation, $by$ focusing on creating an adaptive learning environment. The research tools used comprise two types. The first instrument is Constructivist Web-Based Learning Environment to Enhance Learning's Problem-solving in Mathematics on Conic section, which consists of 5 key components, namely Problembased, Resources, Scaffolding, Collaboration and Coach. Additionally, the data collection tool is the Mathematical Problem-solving test, which involves using Polya's problem-solving steps. Data analysis includes percentages, means, and standard deviations. The research findings reveal that results from the mathematical problem-solving test showed significant improvement: 83.33% of students surpassed the 70% proficiency threshold, with an average score of 15.51 points $(SD=2.58)$.
