Research and application of key technologies of network message analysis and recording system based on substation comprehensive monitoring system platform

Network message analysis and recording is an important means to ensure the stable operation of equipment in the substation and analyze the message when the abnormity occurs during the communication and interaction of equipment. In the past, a single message analysis could not realize the status monitoring and abnormal alarm of equipment in a large number of substations, as well as the real-time monitoring of panoramic telecontrol and telecommunication in the substation, and the real-time performance and accuracy were poor. In this paper, a key technology of network message analysis and recording system based on substation comprehensive monitoring system platform is researched and applied. When there are a large number of communication packets and the disk frequently moves during the storage process, divide each storage partition into equally sized and spatially contiguous blocks, and generate two index files to manage these storage partitions and blocks, storing packets in order. The file storage module in the system adopts a storage mode of reconstructing the file system to solve the problems of easy disk damage and short disk usage. Panoramic telecontrol module identifies a complete remote control process through real-time analysis of messages. Remote control includes information exchange from the dispatch master station, gateway machine, measurement and control, intelligent terminal, or on-site remote control includes information exchange from the monitoring host, measurement and control, and intelligent terminal, aggregating each process step and performing comprehensive analysis (including remote control selection, remote control cancellation/execution, command termination, GOOSE (General Object Oriented Substation Event) Exit, GOOSE switch position, the MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification Protocol) remote signaling report and IEC-60870-5-104 displacement remote signaling). Unify the visual display of all process information in a graphical format to visually understand the data flow, occurrence time, and execution results of each step, and locate the problem in the intelligent substation in the communication process when there is a problem, greatly reducing the operation and maintenance cost and solving the problem more convenient.
