Artificial Intelligence Implementation in Virtual Learning Environment: An Overview

The pandemic and globalization have led to an increase in the use of virtual learning in classrooms in recent years.Virtual learning environments have gained popularity in recent years due to many factors, like globalization and the pandemic, that led to increase the use of e-learning platforms as well as the content provided. This amount of information is very useful for the learner but in the same is very confusing and time consuming to find the optimal program that meets their needs.Each e-learning system user is unique and has a different learning purpose and learning style. To this end, the implementation of AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning and reinforcement learning, as virtual environments helps to assist the user and customize his environment to give the optimal learning experience. The purpose of this article is to review different articles that study the benefits and benefits of implementing AI technologies in learning environments and their limits.
