Heat capacity and upper critical field of Nb-Ti alloys after helium ion implantation and thermal treatment

Data are presented on specific heat capacity, upper critical field, transition temperature and residual electrical resistivity of NbI-xTix(x \leq 0.2) foils, which are cold deformed, recrystallized, He+ implanted and reannealed after irradiation. The Sommerfeld constant γ, the Debye temperature θDand the Ginzburg-Landau parameterH=H_{o} + 7.5 \cdot 10^{-3}ρnγ^1/2are determined and analysed.
