Design of Intelligent Greenhouse Environment Monitoring and Control System

With the development of society, people care much more about their food safety and food supply is becoming a pressing issue for every countries. So, greenhouse, an efficient and stable cultivation method, is prevailing. And to better help the greenhouse cultivation, scores of intelligent system is designed. Based on their works, we introduced a more efficient and comprehensive intelligent greenhouse monitoring and control system. As traditional intelligent system, we design CO2 concentration monitoring, temperature and humidity monitoring, soil moisture monitoring and light intensity monitoring. Compared to traditional greenhouse intelligent system, we introduce a control mechanism part through threshold and remote control part through APP to help farmers timely obtain the data of their greenhouses and take care of their greenhouses even if they are not in greenhouse. Moreover, it is low cost and easy to operate. And, its threshold and remote control part can be set by farmers, which means it is suitable for different kinds greenhouse. Most importantly, the system presented in this paper is suitable for applications in the agricultural sector.
