Designing and Manufacturing a Solar Tracking of Photovoltaic (PV) Panels for Produce Maximum Power Electrical

Using solar energy as the most available renewable energy can solve problems such as air pollution, drought and limited fossil energy resources in the future. Considering the low efficiency of solar cells, which are responsible for converting solar energy into electrical energy, the need to use sun tracking systems that increase efficiency is vital. In this paper, a tracking system has been designed and built that follows the sunlight throughout the day and always places the panel perpendicular to the sun's rays. In general, the control of sun tracking systems is done by two methods, open loop and closed loop. Also the open loop method is used using the location of the sun at every moment of the day. This system increases electricity production by more than 24.2% compared to fixed panels, which shows that the use of these systems can be justified.
