Analysis of Anti-Multipath Methods Based on Maritime Channels

A geometry-based dual-cylinder scatterer channel model is proposed for the communication scenario between unmanned aerial vehicles and small mobile platforms on the water surface. The position of a cylindrical scatterer varies with the position of the transmitting and receiving ends. This model combines the line-of-sight propagation path, the cylindrical single-reflection path, and the cylindrical double-reflection path. In the face of inter-symbol interference caused by multipath effects in maritime radio propagation, adaptive equalizers and new modulation techniques were used to solve the problem, and the anti-interference performance of different methods was simulated and analyzed.
