Analysis of Big data to enhance Talent Performance management in company organizations and banking sectors

The combining big data and its technology with performance management, this paper improves the efficiency of enterprise management. The system uses the Struts2, Spring, Hibernate, and Exits frameworks, which are based on the philosophy of the VC framework, to build the technological framework and implement the fundamental features of the talent performance management system. Along with providing the general framework of the system reform and outlining the design process of key modules, we also examine the use of big data in corporate performance management. The analysis of the data entity and related relationship required for the realization of the system function is done by the database outline design, which begins with the entity relationship. In conclusion, a portion of the system code and test findings are presented, demonstrating the efficacy of the suggested management optimization plan.
