Optimizing Energy Sustainability in Wireless Body Area Networks through Strategically Allocated Access Windows and Elaborate Delay Analysis

Wireless body area networks (WBANs) could make training and tracking easy from afar. It's hard for WBANs to save energy while still improving network speed. Using delay analysis and entry window selection, this study creates a WBAN system that works well and uses little energy. The suggested method keeps the network stable while saving energy by using sleep timing and variable access window sharing. This technology is better and lasts longer because the communication power and window sizes can be changed in real time. Cross-layer optimization makes the system stronger, so even if something goes wrong, it will still work. We show that the suggested method can fix the main issues with WBANs, which are their unreliability, inefficiency, short-term performance issues, and energy waste. From what we've learned, WBAN needs improvements from the very beginning of the planning process. This page could be useful for both business owners and students. The suggested way not only lowers the amount of energy used by WBAN, but it also makes medical communication networks stronger.
