Online Monitoring and Intelligent Diagnosis of Substation Automation Equipment Based on Artificial Intelligence

In view of the fault location method and condition monitoring method of traditional substation automation equipment “online monitoring + manual checking” cannot meet the needs of business development, resulting in a large amount of manpower and time spent on defect troubleshooting of automation equipment, this paper conducted remote diagnosis analysis, hierarchical positioning and visual display of equipment condition monitoring data by studying intelligent monitoring and diagnosis technology. Strengthen the remote status perception, defect diagnosis and equipment control capabilities of substation automation equipment, greatly shorten the time of on-site problem investigation and troubleshooting, assist station operation and maintenance personnel to carry out targeted troubleshooting and overhaul, improve the observable, measurable and controllable level of substation automation equipment, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of power grid.
