MEC Multi-Objective Task Offloading Algorithm for Joint Energy and Latency Optimization

This paper focuses on developing a multi-objective optimization algorithm designed for task offloading within the context of mobile edge computing (MEC). The primary objective is to investigate and enhance the performance of MEC systems concerning task offloading. The initial step involves constructing a MEC multi-objective task offloading scenario. Subsequently, a comprehensive presentation of the system model within this scenario is provided. The paper introduces a MEC task offloading scheduling strategy based on multi-objective optimization. This strategy is developed in conjunction with an analysis of the computational offloading process, with a specific emphasis on optimizing both the optimal delay and energy consumption associated with computational offloading.
