Cloud aggregation of sensor data: an application on mood disorder analysis

The use of sensor data is essential in the individualization of medical treatments and more specifically in mental health applications where monitoring must be carried out with minimal intrusion on the patient so as not to alter significantly data about the emotional state. This work presents a study of the most useful sources of information in mental health, especially those associated with sensor devices. This work studies the adaptability of different types of devices available on the market to the practical measurement of variables of interest in mental health. A specific analysis of characteristics and variables is conducted for a subsequent comparative study. Additionally, a cloud selection and aggregation system is proposed for the analysis of anonymised and normalised data using cloud computing.
